You have 30 days to test our products. If you aren’t completely satisfied, just ask and we will gladly give you a full refund of your purchase price. Refund requests can be sent to: email@example.com or you can contact us here. We will need your order number, name and email address used to purchase the product to ensure we can locate you in our system and issue the refund. Refunds can not be processed unless we are able to locate your order.
While all first-time refunds will be approved, further refund requests will be at our discretion. Any individual that we feel is abusing our refund policy will be denied.
Please allow 10 business days for the refund to appear on your account as it takes time for the system to transfer funds.
We appreciate any and all feedback. If you do decide to request a refund, kindly include any information you can provide on why you are not satisfied with our product or what we can do to make it better. If there is any reasonable way you would like us to fix the issue instead, we will gladly do so.
Please keep in mind that we place customer service at the highest priority. If you should have a concern upon the placement of your order, please let us know as soon as possible so that we may assist you in any way we can depending on the circumstances of your issue.
Same policy as above, however, we do require that you mail back the product before we issue your refund. *Important Note* We will not cover the cost of return shipping.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
