The Roadblock TCP (Traffic Control Point) can be used during a time of war or SHTF to filter through and prevent those with hostile intent.

Where The Roadblock TCP Should Be Located
The best place to put a Roadblock TCP is immediately following a Serpentine TCP. The first thing that you are going to look for is a location that has a driveway access on both sides of the road that are not directly in front of each other (refer to the image below.)
The next big helper to your Roadblock TCP are two really steep ditches on both sides of the road.
Approaching Vehicles
If you look at the image below, you'll notice that the vehicles I have staged as a part of my Roadblock TCP are facing opposite directions. This is done so that the weighted parts of the vehicle are on both sides of the road.
To clarify, it would be a lot more difficult for an opposing force to rush and push passed the Roadblock TCP since because of the way the vehicles are staged.
Fencing
The next important part of a good Roadblock TCP is a fence that runs alone the side of the road.
Why would you want heavy vegetation and fencing? If I had someone that tries to attack, I could have them engage through the vegetation in a flanking position that the enemy doesn't even see. Hello, L-shaped ambush.
