After the Revolutionary War, we all know that the constitution was not created to limit the people, but the government. Despite the fact that our government seems to have forgotten this, we are still obligated to vote, peacefully protest and exhaust every legal means to preserve our God-given rights before declaring war. So when do you start pulling triggers to defend freedom?
The Quick Answer to War

When America was founded and the Constitution was created, our founding fathers set forth a very specific outline for the government to follow. They were clear that if the government were to ever go outside of that outline, that it was not only our right, but our duty to act.
God-Given Rights
You have a God given right to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. Should anyone, regardless of their job title or status, interfere in yours or anyone's else's ability to self-govern and have life and liberty, - it is not just your right, but your duty to act. When all else fails, it is your duty to defend freedom with war against oppression.
Just read the Decoration of Independence or the Constitution. Our founding fathers wished to ensure that “WE THE PEOPLE” controlled everything within our own lives. They feared governments and power held by the few. They knew that this would lead to a slavery of some form.
So in the defense of yourself and/or your neighbor, you are obligated to act against oppression. That’s right, God expects you to use your abilities to end slavery of every kind. To protect those that can't.
“But when a long train of abuses and *usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute *Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security.”

Are We at That Point?
Now that is a question that I can't answer for you. But I will say that war in America is coming and it is coming soon! Honestly, I'm shocked it hasn't hit us already. We've got all the signs of not only a Revolutionary War, a Civil War, A Coup, but Invasions as well.
We have more to fear than just each other. There are vultures out there waiting for us to start fighting amongst ourselves so that they can slide in. This is exactly what just might fuel the next WWIII. The difference here is that we will be seeing the fighting on American soil and not in far off countries.
The Battle Lines
Don't let the fear of outside invasions or an "all-powerful" government stop you from standing up for what is right. Especially when you've exhausted all your legal resources. Use that fear to prepare for it. The time to build a network and unite with your neighbors is NOW.
Civil Defense has never been so important.
If you can’t get those near you to work with you, then reach out a little farther. Keep reaching until you find others of like mind. If you can’t relocate to them, then makes plans to colonize when things get bad. Hiding caches with food and supplies along the way will ensure that you can reach each other on foot if you have to. Make sure you all agree on a pre-designated rally point. Remember, always have a plan A, B and C for everything. (Refer to “Escaping the Hide” found in “How to Repel a Militaristic Force.” You can use this as a guide for your plans to colonize.)
It is important to remember that brave acts encourage others to stand up and to be brave as well. The voices of the few will inspire the voices of the many. All it takes is one who will not be silenced. Imagine if one state decided to re-instill freedom, would others follow?
The Most Important Part
Now this is the most important point, no matter your religious affiliation - do not negate what I’m about to share with you. If you are atheist, then read on with the concept of right vs. wrong. But please, don’t skip the next few paragraphs.
As we know, America was founded under our God-given rights. However, since these rights were God-given, that means that those rights were yours since birth no matter what country you live in. It also means that when there are no other legal options to defend those rights, that God will back you when you defend those rights with war.
I’m not trying to get preachy here, but I feel that it is important for you to understand when is it right to unleash this vast amount of knowledge O’ death onto your enemy. To do this I find it easier to show you what our Heavenly Father thinks about it.
Alma Chapter 46: 12-13:
12 And it came to pass that he rent his coat; and he took a piece thereof, and wrote upon it—In memory of our God, our religion, and freedom, and our peace, our wives, and our children—and he fastened it upon the end of a pole.
13 And he fastened on his head-plate, and his breastplate, and his shields, and girded on his armor about his loins; and he took the pole, which had on the end thereof his rent coat, (and he called it the title of liberty) and he bowed himself to the earth, and he prayed mightily unto his God for the blessings of liberty to rest upon his brethren, so long as there should a band of Christians remain to possess the land.
Doctrine and Covenants section 101: 79-80 read:
79 Therefore, it is not right that any man should be in bondage one to another.
80 And for this purpose have I established the Constitution of this land, by the hands of wise men whom I raised up unto this very purpose, and redeemed the land by the shedding of blood.
Might I add that the motto of the Green berets is “De Oppresso Liber”, in English that’s “to liberate the oppressed.”
Bare with me, I’ve got one more.
King James Bible /John 15:13 reads:
13 Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends.
How to Start a War
If you've exhausted every legal means to fight oppression and gotten the green light from the Declaration of Independence, the Constitution and God to defend your freedoms. Then you better do it right.
Don't hold back. If you’re going to fight, then don’t half ass it. Hit them with everything you’ve got. You will save more lives in the long run. Look at the atomic bombing of Hiroshima and Nagasaki. Had we not dropped that bomb, the war would have continued. More lives on both sides would have been lost than those killed in the bombing. This is a controversial topic, but do your research on it. You will find that we, America, gave them ample warning. We told them several times over that if they would not relent, we would nuke them. It truly was the best and only option to stop the fighting.
So should you find yourself fighting a tyrannical local government, don’t stop at the first battle with the “enforcers.” You must continue, take the fight straight to enemy.
